Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have reserved a trailer & booked a pickup appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. 

If you cancel your rental less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you agree to forfeit the deposit made to Scootin' Around AZ.  

You may reschedule depending on availability for a different date at no additional charge.

You may cancel a reservation for a refund (minus any processing fees) with at least 48 hours notice before your rental date  by emailing  michele@scootinaroundaz.com or by text (preferred) at 602-686-8482.  

Scootin' Around AZ reserves the right to charge the hourly rate of $25 per hour beyond mutually agreed upon scheduled return time as indicated on Horse Trailer Rental Agreement.  Late returns are considered late greater than 30 minutes than agreed upon Scheduled Return time.

We allow 2 hours in between reservations to clean and prepare the trailer for the next renter.
